Registration as an Examination Centre

This service is for schools and institutions that wish to register as an official examination centre with the Examinations Council of Eswatini (ECESWA) for the administration of national examinations.

Requirements

• Completed Examination Centre Registration Application Form
• Proof of registration of the institution with the Ministry of Education and Training
• Inspection report from the Ministry of Education and Training
• Proof of adequate and secure storage facilities for examination materials
• Details of the Head of Centre and Examinations Officer
• Proof of payment of the registration fee

Processing Time

Registration of a new examination centre is subject to inspection and approval. The process may take up to 4 weeks from the date of submission of a complete application.
