Log in and go to My Applications in the sidebar. All your submitted applications and their current status are listed there.
Each service has a list of required documents shown on the service information page before you click Apply Now. Make sure all documents are scanned clearly and are in PDF, JPG, or PNG format.
On the login page, click Forgot Password. Enter your registered email address and follow the OTP verification steps to reset your password.
