Verification of Results for Institutions

This service is provided to institutions (employers, universities, colleges, etc.) that need to verify the authenticity of a candidate’s results or certificates issued by the Examinations Council of Eswatini.

Requirements

• Official request letter from the institution on letterhead
• Copy of the candidate’s certificate or statement of results to be verified
• Candidate’s full name, candidate number, centre number and year of examination
• Proof of payment from bank or credit/debit card payment

Processing Time

Verification of results for institutions is processed within 5 working days from the date of receipt of a complete application with all required documents.
